Each person has banks: vacation, sick, whatever the office named. Hours or days. A cap if you want one. Unlimited if you do not. Approved time comes off the balance.
Types the office defines
Vacation, sick, unpaid, a custom name. Paid or unpaid. A color on the calendar. Admins turn types on and off in settings.
Managers approve
The request goes to the person's managers. Approve it, send it back, or deny it with a comment. More than one manager can be on the chain. Admins can override.
Your calendar
See your own requests on a calendar or in a table. Open one and the days are there. Pending, approved, or denied, in one list.
Admins keep the books
All requests, every bank, every type. Credit a balance by hand. Export the banks. Create a request already approved when the leave already happened.

The bank is additions minus approved requests. Admins credit more when the policy says so. Open the bank and see what is left.

A seat is anyone licensed for the Time Off app. People who request days, managers who approve, and admins who own banks and types. All seats are billed monthly at the rate for your current size. The Time and Chats apps are licensed separately.
