Local and toll-free numbers
Register a line in the Greet app. Pick a local area code or a toll-free number. That is the office number people call, and the number you call out from.
Get a local or toll-free number. Route it through a smart attendant and queues. Answer in the browser or on the phone in your pocket. Message on the same lines.
Numbers, routing, queues, pickup, and messaging
Register a line in the Greet app. Pick a local area code or a toll-free number. That is the office number people call, and the number you call out from.
Hours, keypress menus, ring groups, queues, and voicemail. Build the flow once. Callers follow it without someone picking up every ring.
Hold music, wrap-up, overflow to voicemail. Ring everyone, round robin, or the person idle the longest. Agents see their queues and pick up from there.
Place and take calls from the Greet app on the desktop, or from the phone in your pocket. Mute, hold, keypad, and add a participant while you are on the line.
Missed rings and queue overflow can go to voicemail. Optional recording and transcription sit on the call when you turn them on for the line.
Turn SMS on when you register the number. Inbound and outbound text is metered on that line. The inbox in the Greet app is still being built. Same number, voice and text, when it ships.
The Greet app is the office phone. Add the CRM app when you want the caller matched to a contact.
You pay per phone line, not per call. Pick a minute plan. Then add a local number for $3 / month or a toll-free number for $5 / month. Messaging, recording, and transcription are add-ons on that line.
Starter
$15/ line / month
500 minutes included. Then $0.04 per extra minute. Inbound and outbound on that line.
Business

Pro
$99/ line / month
5,000 minutes included. Then $0.04 per extra minute.
Unlimited
$199/ line / month

How the Greet app is set up in Base Assist.
Per phone line. You pick a minute plan (Starter, Business, Pro, or Unlimited), then pay a number fee on top: $3 / month for local, $5 / month for toll-free. Extra minutes after the included bucket are $0.04 each, except Unlimited.
People who pick up, sit in a queue, or open the Greet app. Callers do not. Line billing is how minutes are paid. Assignment is how someone answers.
SMS can be turned on when you register the line. Inbound is $0.01 per message. Outbound is $0.02. The inbox in the Greet app is not finished yet. We are putting messaging on this page because that number will carry both voice and text.
If you run the CRM app, yes. An incoming call can match the number to a contact and log there. The Greet app still works as the office phone without it.
On the call in the Greet app, when recording is on for that line. It is a metered add-on at $0.01 per minute. Transcription is $0.05 per minute. Recordings are not filed into the Cabinet app.
Local is an in-market area code ($3 / month). Toll-free is a nationwide number ($5 / month). Both sit on the same minute plans.
No per-minute overage on that line. Fair use still applies. We review at 10,000 minutes a month. Calls are not blocked. The organization is notified.
Yes. The Chats app is internal: DMs, groups, and feeds on the work. The Greet app is the public phone number, and the SMS inbox on that number
